Is the Rookie plan really free?
Yes — free forever for up to 2 properties. No credit card required, no time limit. You can use Tractic indefinitely on the Rookie plan.
What happens after 2 properties?
When you add a 3rd property, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro ($49/month). Your existing data stays safe — nothing is lost.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Settings page. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save you ~15% compared to monthly billing. Pro is $509/year ($42.49/mo) and All-Star is $1,019/year ($84.99/mo).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. All sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and TLS in transit. Bank connections use Plaid — your credentials are never shared with us. Row Level Security ensures you only access your own data.
