By accessing or using Tractic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Tractic ("we," "us," or "our").

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or other restrictions is prohibited.
Tractic offers three subscription tiers:
Pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
We may offer a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. You agree to:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel. We will charge your payment method on the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Tractic and its content (including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Tractic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Tractic (properties, transactions, contacts, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Important Tax Disclaimer: Tractic provides tools to organize financial data and generate reports, but we are NOT tax professionals or accountants. Tax reports generated by Tractic are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by a qualified CPA or tax advisor before filing with the IRS. We are not responsible for tax filing errors, penalties, or audits resulting from use of our reports.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACTIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately terminate. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Either party may seek equitable relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized use of the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tractic.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
